Ingredients/capsule: myo-inositol - 900mg; capsule: hypromellose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids.

Does not contain: starch, salt, sugar, colourings, and flavourings.

Directions for use:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily, 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal.
