Myo-inositol is an ingredient found in abundance in the brain and is involved in nerve impulse transmission.

Ingredients/capsule: myo-inositol - 900mg; capsule: hypromellose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids.

Does not contain: starch, salt, sugar, colourings, and flavourings.

Directions for use:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily, 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal.

Cautions: Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption. The product is a dietary supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding requires medical advice.

Keep out of the reach and sight of young children.

Store at temperatures below 25°C, in a dry place away from direct sunlight, in the original packaging.
