Each TABLET contains: VITAMIN C 80mg (as ascorbic acid-100% NRV*), Zinc 10mg (as zinc oxide -100%NRV*), vitamin D3 5mcg (as cholecalciferol -100% NRV *) vegetable magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), Ludipress® (bulking agent).

Method of administration: one tablet a day after the main meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Contraindications: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment or suffering from a medical condition, consult your doctor/pharmacist before taking this product.
